Oyays.com is designed with minimal data collection in mind. We do not require user registration, login, or any personal information to use the Service.

- IP addresses: Only logged temporarily for shared clip view tracking and abuse prevention
2. What We Don't Collect
- No personal names, emails, or contact information (unless you email us directly)
- No financial or trading data
- No tracking cookies for advertising purposes
- No cross-site tracking
3. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for essential functionality only:
- Session cookies: For basic site functionality (expire when you close your browser)
- Analytics cookies: Anonymous usage metrics to understand traffic patterns
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting.
4. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with the following third-party services:
- Kalshi API: For event metadata (public market data)
- Deepgram: For speech-to-text transcription (audio is processed in real-time and not stored by Deepgram)
- Supabase: For database hosting (transcript data storage)
- Google Fonts: For typography (Space Grotesk font)
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.
5. Transcript Data
The transcripts we generate are stored in our database for the purpose of providing the Service. This data includes:
- Transcribed text from live broadcasts
- Keyword detection timestamps
- Audio snippets (short clips around keyword detections)
This is broadcast-derived data, not personal user data.
6. Shared Clips
When you share a clip, we generate a unique short link. We track basic view metrics (view count, referrer) for shared clips. No personal data about viewers is collected beyond anonymized IP addresses.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices:
- HTTPS encryption for all connections
- Secure database hosting with Supabase
- No storage of sensitive personal information
8. Your Rights
Since we collect minimal personal data, there's not much to manage. However, if you have concerns about any data associated with your use of the Service, contact us and we'll address them promptly.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
