3. Accuracy & Limitations
Our transcriptions are generated by automated speech-to-text (AI) systems. They are not human-verified and may contain:

- Speaker misidentification
We make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Always verify critical information through official sources.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content without permission
- Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure
- Misrepresent Oyays.com transcripts as official or verified records
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
5. Intellectual Property
The broadcast content we transcribe belongs to its respective owners (TV networks, event organizers, etc.). Oyays.com's value-add is the transcription service, keyword detection, and platform interface — not the underlying broadcast content.
Our platform design, code, and features are the property of Oyays.com.
6. Data Sources
Event metadata is sourced from the Kalshi API. Audio is captured from publicly available or authorized broadcast streams. We use Deepgram for speech-to-text processing.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. We may experience downtime, errors, or service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
